TERMS OF USE
Venuepass Terms & Conditions
Effective August 27, 20261. Acceptance
These terms govern access to the Venuepass website and its customer and employee portals. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to any additional membership, booking, workplace, or service terms provided by the organization that issued your account.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify the issuing organization if you suspect unauthorized access. Employee access is limited by assigned roles and locations. Customers may access only their own accounts and authorized household information.
3. Memberships, bookings, and payments
Prices, benefits, credit balances, cancellation rules, refund rules, taxes, and availability are established by the participating organization and displayed during the applicable transaction. A request to cancel or change a membership is not complete until the organization confirms it.
4. Communications
Providing contact information for an account or requested service permits related transactional communications. Marketing communications require the choices or consent applicable to the sending program. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
5. Acceptable use
You may not impersonate another person, access information without authorization, interfere with security, misuse guest passes or credits, upload harmful material, or use Venuepass in violation of applicable law or the issuing organization’s policies.
6. Availability and third parties
Venuepass may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, email, and text messaging. Service may occasionally be unavailable or delayed. Third-party products may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
Venuepass provides administrative software and does not replace the participating organization’s responsibility for its memberships, services, employees, customer relationships, or legal compliance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
